Foggy Oregon Wine Country session
The Closs family is special because I had the honor of photographing their wedding several years back. They became parents recently to a sweet girl and so when they asked me to photograph their family in this stage of parenthood, I was over the moon to document them.
From previously working with them, I knew the vibe that they were going for. Working with a toddler and parents who are camera shy, I scouted some areas in Newberg, Ore., and took them on a little exploration through the back roads of Oregon Wine Country. This was fun because we drove and stopped whenever we could pull off to the side of the road and walked around the farm roads and shot. Oregon Wine Country is an idyllic setting and we are so fortunate to be living here, the scenes in this session showcase all that this little piece of haven has to offer which is a mix of farms, and hills where you can see rows of neatly placed vines growing the valley’s pinot.
